Therapeutic massage combines Swedish and deep tissue to achieve relaxation, pain relief, better sleep hygiene, and muscle recovery. Maura will discuss your needs with you, and together, you will determine the massage treatment plan. Massages always come with aromatherapy and hot flax seed packs to ease muscle tension at no additional cost.

Pregnancy Massage is designed specifically for expectant mothers, addressing unique physical and emotional challenges during pregnancy. This soothing therapy alleviates discomforts like back pain and swelling while promoting relaxation and overall well-being throughout the journey of motherhood.

Essential Oil Scalp Massage

Experience the invigorating benefits of a Peppermint or Rosemary Essential Oil Scalp Massage, designed to stimulate circulation and promote relaxation. This soothing treatment not only alleviates tension but also leaves your scalp feeling refreshed and revitalized. For pregnant clients, rosemary is not recommended, but peppermint can be used!
